The American Association of Air and Space Law and the University of Malaga, are the organizers of this 38th Conference of Latin American Air and Space Law ALADA 2014, during 24 to 26 September. The meetings will be held in the Auditorium of the University of Málaga. Leading the organization thereof is Professor of Commercial Law Juan Ignacio Peinado Gracia.
Organized by the University of Málaga and the Latin American Association of Air and Space Law, are sponsored twenty entities, which include the Centre for Research and Dissemination of Aeronautical Space Uruguay (CIDAE); University Institute of Transport Law at the University Jaume I (Castellón, Spain) or companies Airbus, Airports Argentina 2000 SA and Aerolineas Argentinas.
As for the issue to be addressed are the same competition and collaboration between the airport infrastructure; air transport and tourism; or as current drones and military responsibility in the use of these aircraft without pilots.
