The Atlantic Copper Foundation launches child Carrera II Kilos x Km, an initiative that unites sport and solidarity , collecting registration as delivery of nonperishable food to benefit the Food Bank and Red Cross in Huelva. The sporting event is intended for children between 4 and 11 years old, and will take place on Saturday, April 5 , from 11:00 , departing from the Sports Andrés Estrada and crossing the Avenida Pío XII , which 10 minutes walk from the Hotel Monte Conquero.
At last year 850 runners participated . The benefit of donations was 3,000 kilos of non-perishable food , like this time through the inscriptions. Schools were more participants reported Maria Immaculate College , CEIP Federico García Lorca and Practices CEIP , who received a special award .

The Foundation, which meets in 2014 its fifth year of operation, is responsible for managing the presence and participation in shares of Atlantic Copper , athletic, cultural, solidarity , social education and training , as well as collaborate , investigate, put value and conserve the natural, historical and artistic heritage of the province living up to its motto: with the future of Huelva.
